Every first visit begins with a professional skin analysis — no matter which treatment you've booked. We examine your skin, discuss your goals, and explain what we recommend and why.

You then decide whether and how we proceed. No pressure, no obligation.

The Treatment

We dedicate the full booked time to you — without rushing. Depending on the treatment, this includes cleansing, preparation, the treatment itself, and a finishing care step.

We explain each step before we perform it, and adjust the intensity to your needs.

After the Treatment

We'll discuss what to be mindful of over the following hours and days — sun protection, aftercare, activities. You'll receive our recommendations in writing by email.

We're always available if you have questions after your appointment. Many of our treatments develop their full effect over several weeks — we'll support you throughout.
